Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments. Cards issued by local banks or credit unions that do not use the previously mentioned payment infrastructures cannot be accepted at this time.
You may also use your PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay account for your order payment.
Making Changes or Cancelling an Order
Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order or cancel the order after an order has shipped. However, we can make changes or cancel an order at any point before it ships out. To do so, please contact customer service at 1-877-BRIJJIT (274-5548).

Shipping & Delivery
All orders exceeding $200 in shipment value will be shipped with a signature required unless otherwise noted in the Order Notes during checkout.
The following shipping options are available1:
- Ground Shipping (delivery within 1 to 5 business days based on distance to destination)
- Express Saver Shipping (delivery within 3 business days)*
- 2-Business Day Shipping and Handling*
- 1-Business Day Shipping and Handling*
Currently Brijjit® is only available for shipment to U.S.
Please allow 1 business day for order processing (excluding weekends). Our business days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
*Expedited orders must be placed before 2:30 PM PST in order to ship out the same day they are placed. However, due to payment type, and that company’s approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different.
*Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. Territories. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
30-day Guarantee for Initial Orders
We will guarantee your first order of Brijjit product for 30 days. If you are dissatisfied with your initial order for any reason, we will provide a full refund. Contact us at info@ brijjitmedical.com or 1-877-BRIJJIT (274-5548) for support.
- Upon return of unused product* to Brijjit Medical Inc, a refund will be issued. Refunds will only be provided for boxes of unopened product. (Note: 1 Brijjit box contains 8 sterile packs). The refund request must be made within 90 days after purchase with proof of purchase.
- Exchanges will be made for product damaged through shipping within 1 week from receipt of the product. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of Brijjit Medical Inc.
- Complaints or product issues should be communicated via 1-877-274-5548 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org for product replacement or refund.
- Returns or refunds are not accepted after 90 days from the purchase date.
- Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
- Refunds will be applied to the credit card or method of payment used for making the original purchase within 10 business days.
*Unused product: Partial boxes with opened sterile packs not accepted for return.
